Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the ICCN 2017 TPC Chair on tpcchair.iccn17@ioarp.org. Cancellation requests received on or before 15 June, 2017 are eligible for a 50% refund on the conference fee. Cancellation requests received after this date will not be entertained. Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ICCN 2017. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Please note that the accommodation specific charges are non-refundable.
